Job Description: **Job Title:** Product Designer **Role Summary:** Design and deliver intuitive, scalable UI/UX solutions for B2B and B2C logistics products. Transform complex user problems into clear, accessible designs that align with business goals and data‑driven insights. Contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system across cross‑functional teams. **Expectations:** - Conduct user research and discovery for merchants, warehouse staff, dispatchers, drivers, and customers. - Translate user needs and business requirements into high‑fidelity prototypes and detailed specifications. - Ensure designs are responsive, accessible (WCAG compliant), and follow industry best practices. - Apply data‑informed design decisions using analytics, usability testing, and feedback loops. - Collaborate effectively with development, operations, and marketing teams across North America. - Stay current on UX trends, especially in logistics, commerce, and operational tools. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end‑to‑end design process from research to delivery for product features. - Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design presentations at varying fidelity levels. - Maintain and evolve the company design system, ensuring consistency of components, patterns, and visual language. - Conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into iterative design improvements. - Communicate design rationale and specifications clearly to cross‑functional stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable design tools. - Strong foundation in design principles, information architecture, interaction patterns, and usability best practices. - Experience building and managing design systems. - Ability to solve complex design challenges with user‑centered solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary environment. - Data‑driven design mindset: comfortable interpreting analytics and user feedback. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, **or** equivalent professional experience. - Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating both UX research and UI visual design.
