Job Description: Job title: Technical Sales Manager – Natural Ingredients (Fragrance/Flavor/Cosmetics) Role Summary: Lead commercial expansion in Europe for a producer of ethically sourced, differentiated natural ingredients. Focus on technical-sales leadership for fragrance, flavor, cosmetics, and wellness clients, ensuring alignment with sustainability and regulatory standards. Expactations: 5+ years in B2B natural ingredients, fragrance, flavor, or cosmetics sectors; experience with raw material sourcing in Africa/Asia/India preferred. Background in technical sales, account management, and business development required. Demonstrated expertise in extraction technologies and regulatory frameworks (e.g., REACH). Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow strategic European B2B client accounts, delivering revenue forecasts and pipeline updates. - Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, pipeline stage-gating, and client education on sourcing processes. - Spearhead technical-commercial projects, coordinating cross-functional teams (Supply, R&D, QA, Operations) to meet feasibility, compliance, and delivery targets. - Build relationship-driven partnerships; position sustainable sourcing as a competitive advantage. - Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance market visibility. Required Skills: - Mastery of extraction technologies (steam distillation, CO₂, solvent extraction, molecular distillation, spray drying). - Strong sales execution, CRM/ERP data management, and SLA adherence. - Technical expertise in fragrance/natural ingredient applications and regulatory compliance. - Fluency in French and English.
