**Job Title:** Executive Coach (Vistage Chair) **Role Summary:** Independent contractor who facilitates peer advisory groups and provides one‑on‑one coaching to CEOs and senior executives. Builds and manages a practice that supports members in achieving strategic and personal growth, while leveraging a proven coaching framework and support system. **Expectations:** - Establish and grow own coaching practice. - Generate sustained, potentially long‑term income. - Maintain a flexible schedule that aligns with personal commitments. - Leverage a comprehensive platform and resources to deliver high‑impact coaching. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead regular peer advisory meetings, guiding discussion, decision‑making, and accountability. - Deliver personalized coaching sessions to executive leaders. - Expand and nurture a member base, managing group size and member engagement. - Apply proven coaching methodologies and continuously improve facilitation skills. - Maintain confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional boundaries. **Required Skills:** - Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - High emotional intelligence and empathy. - Executive presence: confidence, maturity, assertiveness. - Networking and relationship‑building expertise. - Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to build and grow a practice. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Leadership, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Professional coaching certification (e.g., ICF, EMCC) preferred. - Minimum of 10 years executive experience with P&L responsibility over $5 million.
