**Job Title:** Marketing Coordinator Intern (6‑month internship)
**Role Summary:**
Support the PHOENIX Pharma marketing team by managing product and service workflows, creating digital content, and coordinating sales support tools. Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and internal stakeholders to drive product proposition, market segmentation, and campaign initiatives.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver accurate and timely marketing materials and campaign assets.
- Ensure data integrity across platforms and effective communication with sales teams.
- Proactively propose improvements to product presentation and digital outreach.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, organization, and responsiveness.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process marketing forms, subscriptions, BDC (back‑order), leads, customer claims, and engagement contracts.
- Coordinate product shipments to clients or internal departments.
- Prepare quotes and conduct competitive price benchmarking.
- Enter and manage data in tracking dashboards.
- Assist sales administration: request entry, configuration, and client invoicing.
- Process partner invoices using the accounting software.
- Update sales support collateral (argument sheets, product books, pricing, BDC).
- Refresh digital assets: banners, push animations, promo pages, DOCUSIGN content.
- Verify client catalog data accuracy.
- Develop new segmentation and service presentation frameworks.
- Create welcome packs for services & products.
- Run promotional activities across email, mail, digital displays, and print.
- Oversee service bag & sachet offering: pricing updates, partner agreements, stock monitoring, and digital/print promotion.
**Required Skills:**
- Marketing or communications academic background.
- Knowledge of pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Canva, Outlook, Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, other functions).
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Relationship‑building, creativity, organization, initiative, autonomy.
- Prioritization, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Current university student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- No specific certifications required beyond coursework.
