**Job title**
Project Manager – Civil (Data Center)
**Role Summary**
Lead and deliver civil engineering and construction projects for data center facilities from initiation through close‑out. Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client expectations while coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and operational start‑up. Support business development with proposal development, technical and pricing strategies, and client presentations.
**Expectations**
- Complete projects on time, within budget and contractual requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Deliver high‑performance project teams and maintain strong client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning).
- Monitor progress, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage risk, change orders, claims, and contract administration.
- Conduct constructability reviews and enforce design intent.
- Prepare and present project status, risk, and financial reports to stakeholders.
- Oversee final turnover to the client, ensuring all deliverables are accepted.
- Support business development activities (proposal strategy, technical scoring, pricing).
- Lead safety, quality, and environmental program compliance.
**Required Skills**
- Project management expertise (scope, schedule, cost, risk).
- Civil engineering knowledge, specifically data center infrastructure.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Negotiation and contract management abilities.

- Familiarity with construction standards and safety regulations.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Knowledge of data center standards (ANSI, ISO, TNA) desirable.
