The technician analyses alerts, detects fraudulent patterns, manages investigations, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate fraud risks while maintaining customer relations. **Expectations** - 2‑year alternation programme starting September 2026. - Weekly attendance in the workplace (possible remote work within limits). - Develop expertise in fraud detection, claim handling, and data‑analysis tools. - Contribute to continuous improvement of fraud processes. **Key Responsibilities** 1.
