Business Development Specialist – Healthcare (Hybrid)
**Role Summary**
Drive pipeline creation in a high‑growth healthcare technology company by conducting market intelligence, account research, and targeted outreach. Partner closely with Account Executives to advance high‑contraction prospects and support the go‑to‑market strategy from research to execution.
**Expectations**
- Pipeline‑centric, relationship‑first approach; no mass dialing or blunt outreach.
- Deliver validated account hypotheses, ABM campaigns, and engagement metrics.
- Own end‑to‑end outcomes, from research synthesis to post‑meeting follow‑up.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales teams.
- Continuously iterate processes, tools, and reports to improve efficiency and insight depth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain geo/account/persona maps; analyze trends, incentives, and competitors.
- Produce concise briefing documents and hypotheses; craft personalized outreach (email/LinkedIn).
- Design and execute ABM plays: micro‑landing pages, content, direct mail, executive POVs, event touch‑plans.
- Manage pipeline program: lists, touch plans, notes, next steps, coordination with AEs, RevOps, Marketing.
- Multithread stakeholder engagement: prepare agendas, push deals forward, prioritize opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, reporting, and tools; propose experiments for process and system improvements.
- Coordinate event participation: conference prep, target lists, follow‑ups, debriefs.
- Represent the brand with credibility and trust in all communications.
**Required Skills**
- Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret data and produce defensible recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; concise, on‑tone, and executive‑ready.
- Proficiency with CRM, sequencing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator; data wrangling skills a plus.
- Self‑driven, detail‑obsessed, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
- Strategic thinking: articulate why specific accounts, contacts, and timing matter.
- Collaborative yet assertive; partner with AEs to drive deals forward.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior exposure to GTM motions or sales training is an advantage.
