Job Description

**Job Title:** IT and Cloud Support Engineer **Role Summary** Proactive IT & Cloud Support Engineer needed for hands-on role involving technical support, infrastructure management, and cloud operations. Focus on hybrid IT environments with exposure to Microsoft and Azure technologies. **Expectations** Candidates require 2-3 years of IT support experience, preferably in small to mid-sized organizations. Must possess practical technical skills and physical ability to handle equipment. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide 2nd line support for Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Windows Server, and Hyper-V. - Install, configure, and optimize Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments. - Support Azure IaaS deployments and system maintenance. - Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and collaborate cross-functionally. - Assist with equipment relocation, workstation setup, and hardware installations. - Contribute to infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and security enhancements. - Maintain documentation and implement process improvements. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra, and Azure. - Experience with Hyper-V and virtualization technologies. - Strong troubleshooting capabilities and problem-solving mindset. - Physical ability to move equipment and assemble workstations. - Self-starter attitude with eagerness to learn and apply technical skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - 2-3 years IT support experience (small/mid-sized business preferred). - Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure) advantageous.
