Job Description: Job Title: Senior Data Scientist Consultant Role Summary: Operate as a consulting data scientist to improve client business outcomes through data‑driven insights. Lead end‑to‑end analytics projects across marketing, operations and data transformation, creating predictive models, simulations, visualisations and decision‑support tools. Expactations: • Minimum 2 years experience in consulting or corporate data roles. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an engineering school or university in data analytics, statistics, computer science, or related field. • Proven ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and translate business needs into analytical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse large and complex data sets to identify business opportunities and risks. - Build and validate statistical and machine‑learning models (regression, classification, clustering, time‑series). - Develop simulations and optimisation models for revenue, cost, and environmental impacts. - Create interactive visualisations (Power BI, Excel, VBA) and dashboards for client stakeholders. - Translate analytical results into quantifiable, actionable recommendations. - Participate in cross‑functional data‑centric transformation initiatives. - Contribute to internal research projects to foster innovation and entrepreneurial initiatives. Required Skills: - Strong data‑analysis foundations (statistics, data mining, modelling). - Programming proficiency in Python or R; familiarity with SQL, VBA. - Experience with data visualisation tools: Power BI, Excel. - Understanding of database design and data governance principles. - Business acumen with excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative culture.
