Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Manager (Cyber Security) **Role Summary:** Commercially focused professional responsible for generating new business and expanding existing client relationships within the Cyber Security practice, primarily targeting enterprise accounts in Financial Services. Works with senior sales, technical, and delivery teams to drive the full services sales cycle and maintain long‑term partnerships. **Expactations:** - Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities (≈8 client meetings per week). - Meet or exceed meeting‑generation and pipeline targets. - Achieve quarterly/annual revenue quotas through new logo acquisition and upsell/cross‑sell activities. - Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and prospect new enterprise opportunities, emphasizing Financial Services. - Conduct outbound outreach, networking, and relationship development to break new logos. - Manage the end‑to‑end services sales process from lead qualification to deal closure. - Build and sustain relationships with C‑level stakeholders (CISO, CIO, CTO) and procurement teams. - Recognize and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts. - Record all activities in CRM; provide regular pipeline updates and forecasts. - Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs. - Represent the firm at client meetings and industry events. - Support post‑sale governance, service reviews, and project oversight. - Capture actions, risks, and commercial opportunities from governance meetings and ensure follow‑through. - Contribute ideas for service improvement, innovation, and added value. **Required Skills:** - Proven business development or account management experience in technology, cybersecurity, or professional services. - Demonstrated success meeting meeting‑generation and pipeline targets; experience winning new enterprise logos via outbound activity. - Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and communicate commercial value. - Solid commercial acumen and negotiation skills. - Proficiency with CRM platforms and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions, especially Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Privileged Access Management (PAM) – advantageous. - Knowledge of Financial Services sector (beneficial but not mandatory). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or sales certifications) are a plus but not mandatory.
