**Job Title:** Senior IT & Integrations Developer (ERP)
**Role Summary:** Provide technical leadership in ERP (IFS) integrations and configurations using IPaaS (SnapLogic), guiding a team to develop secure, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and compliance standards.
**Expectations:** Lead design and implementation of ERP integrations, mentor development teams, ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards, drive innovation through emerging technologies, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead development and maintenance of ERP (IFS) configurations, extensions, and integrations (SnapLogic) to meet evolving business needs.
- Mentor developers in best practices, upskill colleagues, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver IT solutions aligned with project timelines and business priorities.
- Develop secure, scalable solutions using PL/SQL, .NET, JavaScript, Python, and Azure services (e.g., Service Bus, Functions).
- Maintain coding standards and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and GDPR.
- Manage version control, documentation, and release processes in partnership with IT support teams.
- Translate business requirements into low-level designs aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Research and implement emerging technologies (e.g., low-code platforms, AI/ML).
- Lead process improvements to reduce lifecycle times and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Engage with Change Advisory Boards and Architecture Advisory Groups to shape development strategy.
- Use tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Halo for task management and collaboration.
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex integrations and incident management.
**Required Skills:**
- Programming languages: PL/SQL, .NET, JavaScript, Python.
- IPaaS platforms: SnapLogic.
- ERP systems: IFS (experience in core configuration, integration, and support).
- Cloud/Infrastructure: Azure (e.g., Service Bus, Functions).
- Compliance: ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR.
- Tools: Azure DevOps, Confluence, Halo.
- Leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications in ERP (IFS), IPaaS (SnapLogic), or cloud (Azure) platforms preferred.
