Job Description
**Job Title** Corporate Insurance Account Manager – Property & Liability (IARD) **Role Summary** Manage and grow a portfolio of SME/ETI corporate clients in the West of France, delivering tailored property and liability insurance solutions. Partner with underwriting managers to quote, bind, and monitor contracts while ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and risk‑prevention. **Expectations** - Proven experience in insurance brokerage serving SMEs or large accounts. - Strong relationship‑building skills with senior business stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs). - Autonomous, organized, and team‑oriented with a results‑driven mindset. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial writing abilities. - Proficiency with digital tools and insurance management systems. **Key Responsibilities** - Acquire and retain a portfolio of corporate clients (SME/ETI) across the Grand Ouest region. - Conduct needs analyses and propose customized property and liability coverages. - Co‑author and present commercial proposals with underwriting managers; handle contract issuance and ongoing administration. - Design and execute prospecting campaigns to generate new business leads. - Monitor client satisfaction and address service issues promptly. - Ensure portfolio profitability through regular performance and risk‑prevention analyses. - Produce and manage risk‑assessment and loss‑prevention reports for assigned accounts. **Required Skills** - In‑depth knowledge of commercial property and liability insurance products. - Sales prospecting and account development expertise. - Strong analytical skills for profitability and risk analysis. - Negotiation and contract drafting proficiency. - High level of computer literacy (CRM, quoting platforms, MS Office). - Ability to work collaboratively with underwriting and support teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field. - Professional insurance brokerage qualification or license (e.g., French “Courtier en Assurance” certification or equivalent). - Additional certifications in risk management or underwriting are a plus.
