Job Title: HR Systems and Data Analyst
Role Summary: 12‑month contract analyst responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, support, and optimization of the organization’s Performance and Learning Management System (LMS). Works across HR, Safety, and business areas to generate data‑driven reports, build dashboards, and lead process improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance and data integrity.
Expectations:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR system administration, data analytics, business reporting, or customer support.
- Proven ability to configure, test, and troubleshoot cloud‑based HR platforms (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Cornerstone) and related ticketing systems.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI; Python experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to translate analytical findings for stakeholders.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end‑user support, administer and maintain the LMS, and respond to help‑desk tickets.
- Troubleshoot system and user issues, coordinate with IT, and manage resolution workflows.
- Configure and test new features, upgrades, and integrations; upload, test, and troubleshoot eLearning content (SCORM, video).
- Build and deploy annual performance review forms within the system.
- Generate, analyze, and distribute HR data reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities in L&D programs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards tracking learning metrics such as completion rates, engagement, and compliance.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy and security standards.
- Participate in cross‑functional reporting projects across HR, Safety, and other areas.
- Continuously seek innovations and process improvements to enhance system efficiency.
Required Skills:
- HR digital platform administration (LMS, HRIS).
- Data management, reporting, and dashboard creation (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
- Troubleshooting, configuration, and testing of cloud‑based systems.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication for stakeholder reporting.
- Customer‑service orientation and ticket‑management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications in HRIS or data analytics are advantageous but not mandatory.
