**Job Title:** Corporate Technology Manager
**Role Summary:**
Second‑in‑command to the Head of Corporate Technology, leading a distributed team responsible for corporate software development, IT infrastructure, communications networks, and office automation. Drives technology implementation, security, and operational excellence across the organization while supporting strategic planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
**Expectations:**
- Provide effective leadership and mentorship to a multinational IT team.
- Ensure delivery of reliable, secure, and innovative technology solutions aligned with business goals.
- Maintain high service quality, KPI reporting, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Act as the primary backup for the Head of Corporate Technology in all strategic and operational matters.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Team Management:** Oversee recruitment, performance, skill development, and resource allocation for corporate technology staff.
2. **Technology Implementation:** Identify and deploy AI‑driven automation, machine‑learning models, and data‑analytics tools to improve efficiency and user experience.
3. **Cross‑Unit Collaboration:** Partner with senior leaders to embed technology into business processes and ensure seamless integration.
4. **Support & Operations:** Manage user support, change requests, and KPI reporting on cost, status, and quality.
5. **Security & Compliance:** Develop and enforce security strategies, conduct incident response, perform audits, and deliver security training.
6. **Architecture & Solutions:** Contribute to technology architecture, application design, testing, and third‑party software integration.
7. **Project & Budget Management:** Coordinate resources, deliver projects on time, manage the technology budget, and control expenses.
8. **Vendor Management:** Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and maintain relationships with technology partners.
9. **Trend Monitoring:** Stay current on emerging technologies and advise senior management on potential impacts.
**Required Skills:**
- Leadership and people‑management in a multi‑national environment.
- Strong command of Microsoft ecosystem: .NET, Azure (cloud, DevOps), SQL Server, Dynamics CRM, Office 365.
- Experience with AI/ML, automation, and data‑analytics platforms.
- Proven change‑management and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills (fluent English, spoken and written).
- Ability to manage local and near‑shore resources and vendor relationships.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems Management.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, including development, support, and managerial roles.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL, CISSP) are advantageous but not mandatory.
