**Role Summary**
Strategic leader responsible for defining, deploying, and driving the integrated marketing strategy across three high‑growth divisions (medical clinics, operating theatres, biomedical laboratory). Works with senior management to accelerate national and international expansion, maximize occupancy, and build a strong, evolving brand reputation. Leads a multidisciplinary marketing team and partners with external agencies to deliver data‑driven, ROI‑focused campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, structure, and scale the marketing organization; recruit and develop high‑performance talent.
- Design and execute a cohesive, multi‑channel marketing strategy for all divisions.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics; refine processes for continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, ensuring cost control and maximum return on spend.
- Oversee external partners (agencies, media, consultants) to align deliverables with corporate objectives.
- Build and protect brand identity across digital, social media, SEO/SEM, content, CRM, events, and traditional media.
- Develop and implement multichannel acquisition tactics to drive new patient and service volume.
- Optimize patient/customer journeys and conversion funnels.
- Lead market research, positioning, and entry strategies for new services, clinics, and geographic expansion.
- Support national and international expansion projects, coordinating cross‑divisional initiatives.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the marketing function innovative.
**Required Skills**
- Proven leadership in a senior marketing role (10+ years, with several years directing a large department).
- Strong strategic vision paired with rigorous operational execution.
- Advanced expertise in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, paid media, social, content, CRM, automation).
- Proficiency in traditional marketing channels and integrated communication.
- Analytical mindset, data‑driven decision making, and robust budgeting/ROI management.
- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to build resilient brands and navigate complex, regulated environments.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
