**Job Title**: Director, Supply Chain
**Role Summary**:
Owner of end‑to‑end supply chain performance, reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer. Leads procurement, inventory, and strategic sourcing across a global supplier ecosystem, delivering service level, inventory efficiency, cost savings, and resilience. Shapes organizational scaling through operational discipline, data integrity, and automation.
**Expectations**:
• Consistently meet enterprise KPIs for service level, inventory turns, cost savings, and supply risk mitigation.
• Build and sustain scalable systems and processes that support rapid growth and complexity.
• Develop, mentor, and retain a high‑performing supply‑chain leadership team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **MRP & Service Level Management** – Own MRP logic, parameters, and cadence; ensure accurate outputs and plan adherence; monitor OTD, ETA, OTIF, and fill rate.
- **Inventory & Working Capital** – Define inventory strategies, safety stock, segmentation, and replenishment; maintain visibility of inventory exposure and value.
- **Cost & Margin Optimization** – Lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, consolidation, and value engineering; implement master supply agreements.
- **Resilience & Risk** – Build audit, monitoring, and contingency plans; embed risk management into MRP and sourcing; maintain alternate suppliers.
- **Automation & Data Governance** – Drive automation in procurement, planning, and MRP to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
- **Cross‑Functional Alignment** – Coordinate demand signals, planning, sourcing, and execution; embed systems that support decision‑making.
**Required Skills**:
- 10+ years in manufacturing or industrial supply chains; 5+ years in senior leadership of sourcing, planning, and inventory.
- Proven MRP ownership tied to service level outcomes.
- Experience managing large, global supplier ecosystems (300+ suppliers, 3,000+ SKUs).
- Strong analytical, structured problem‑solving, and KPI‑driven mindset.
- Leadership capabilities: coaching, setting expectations, building high‑performing teams, system thinking.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant certifications preferred (APICS CSCP, APICS CSIQ, ISM CPSM, or equivalent).
