Job Title: MS Dynamics Architect
Role Summary: Design and lead enterprise-level architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure cloud solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure cloud-native systems, microservices, and API ecosystems, ensuring integration across Dynamics modules, Dataverse, Power Platform, and custom code.
Expectations: Deliver end-to-end architecture from concept through implementation; mentor engineering teams; produce high-quality architecture documentation; support cross‑functional collaboration; continuously research and recommend emerging cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps for Dynamics 365 and Azure deployments.
- Lead design workshops, translate business needs into logical, physical, and conceptual models.
- Architect cloud-native, microservices, and containerized solutions (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Integrate Dynamics 365 components (Case Management, Customer Service, Sales) with Azure services, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
- Build, secure, and optimize RESTful APIs and web services; maintain API gateway, authentication, and governance.
- Guide teams using agile, Kanban, ITIL, and enterprise architecture best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Produce solution architecture documentation and architecture review artefacts for stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- • Deep hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Case Management, Customer Service, Sales).
- • Expertise in Dynamics interoperability, low‑code and custom‑code development, Dataverse.
- • Proven Azure cloud architecture (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) – compute, networking, security, DevOps pipelines.
- • Design and implementation of microservices, containerized workloads, Kubernetes.
- • RESTful API design, authentication (Azure AD B2C, Okta).
- • Development experience with Java, .NET, JAMstack or comparable backend/frontend stacks.
- • Knowledge of Power Platform and Canvas/Model‑Driven app development.
- • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder presentation skills.
- • Agile/kanban delivery experience.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ‑204, AZ‑300/303, AZ‑400) preferred.
- Additional certifications in Dynamics 365 architecture or solution development advantageous.
