Job Description
**Job Title** Exclusive Commercial Representative – Healthcare – Full Time (PDV) **Role Summary** Promote and sell Urgo Healthcare’s pharmaceutical and consumer health products to independent pharmacies across France. Drive annual sales targets through B2B relationship management, negotiation, and in‑store merchandising initiatives. **Expections** - Achieve set annual sales quotas for assigned portfolio. - Develop and maintain a robust client pipeline. - Offer product knowledge, training, and promotional support to pharmacy staff. - Deliver regular sales reports and market feedback. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage complete lifecycle of customer relationships: prospecting, appointment setting, and satisfaction monitoring. - Plan and execute regional route schedules and client visits. - Negotiate annual contracts and placement agreements with pharmacies. - Present product ranges, new launches, and promotional campaigns to pharmacists. - Implement sell‑out strategies via staff training, merchandising, and visual displays. - Produce timely, accurate sales and market activity reports. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B pharmaceutical or consumer‑health sales experience, preferably on a field route. - Strong organizational, time‑management, and route‑planning abilities. - Persuasive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proactive problem‑solving and analytical mindset. - Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting. **Required Education & Certifications** - Higher‑education qualification in business, sales, marketing or a related field. - Valid driver’s licence (Category B) and 100 % mobility across France. ---
