Job Description
Job title: Assistant Sales Manager Role Summary: Support the Point of Sale Manager in daily operations, drive sales performance, coach the shop team, and deliver a premium customer experience while maintaining brand integrity and CSR standards. Expectations: - Lead by example and motivate a high‑performing sales team. - Communicate effectively with management and colleagues. - Deliver measurable sales results and meet KPI targets. - Represent the brand with professionalism and authenticity. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the POS Manager with all operational tasks. - Coach and train staff on product knowledge, selling techniques and customer service. - Monitor and report on KPIs (sales volume, average order value, conversion rate, omnichannel sales). - Manage inventory, visual merchandising and store layout. - Handle online orders and coordinate cross‑channel fulfilment. - Maintain a clean, organized sales floor that reflects brand standards. - Ensure compliance with CSR and brand policies. - Provide personalized, consultative customer interactions. Required Skills: - Strong leadership, coaching and motivation skills. - Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities. - Sales‑focused mindset with tenacity and proactivity. - Customer‑centric approach: listening, observing, tailoring advice. - Basic analytical skills: interpreting sales data and KPIs. - Organizational and time‑management capabilities.
