Drive user experience enhancements, product stability, and data‑driven optimizations while translating market trends and user insights into actionable features. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable improvements in user engagement and profitability. - Maintain a clear, realistic roadmap aligned with business priorities. - Operate autonomously with minimal meetings, focusing on high impact work. - Build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (tech, business, HR) and external suppliers (platform providers, data vendors). **Key Responsibilities** 1. Full ownership of the sportsbook product lifecycle (discovery → launch → optimization). 2. Define, prioritize, and communicate a realistic roadmap. 3.
