Job Title: Content Manager & Team Leader
Role Summary:
Lead the development and execution of the company’s content strategy across all channels. Manage an in‑house and freelance team of Content Creators to produce consistent, high‑quality, brand‑aligned content that supports marketing, CRM, product, and legal objectives.
Expectations:
* Deliver impactful, cohesive content that aligns with brand and communication vision.
* Build and grow a high‑performing content team.
* Maintain editorial excellence and timely delivery of all content assets.
* Drive measurable performance through SEO, analytics, and KPI reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and steer the overall content strategy in partnership with Brand & Communication leadership.
* Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of content creators and freelancers.
* Plan, schedule, and coordinate production of articles, social posts, videos, infographics, and other assets.
* Proofread, edit, and enforce brand voice, tone, and quality standards.
* Maintain a global editorial calendar and ensure on‑time releases.
* Collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, Product, Legal and external partners.
* Optimize content for SEO and track performance against established KPIs.
* Provide copywriting and translation support during peak periods.
* Handle freelance workflows: briefing, approval, invoicing, and relationship management.
Required Skills:
* Proven leadership and team‑management experience (4–5+ years in editorial or content marketing).
* Strategic thinking coupled with strong writing and editing abilities.
* Mastery of SEO strategies, social media dynamics, and content management systems.
* Project management, quality assurance, and editorial calendar management.
* Excellent communication in French and English (Dutch fluent or strong working knowledge).
* Proficiency with digital content tools (CMS, analytics, social media schedulers).
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
* Minimum 4–5 years of editorial or content marketing experience, including a leadership role.
* Relevant certifications in content marketing, digital marketing, or SEO are advantageous but not mandatory.
