Product Manager – Sports Betting
**Role Summary**
Own the complete lifecycle of a mobile‑first sportsbook product: from discovery and roadmap planning to delivery, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. Drive user experience enhancements, product stability, and data‑driven optimizations while translating market trends and user insights into actionable features.

- Build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (tech, business, HR) and external suppliers (platform providers, data vendors).
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Full ownership of the sportsbook product lifecycle (discovery → launch → optimization).
2. Define, prioritize, and communicate a realistic roadmap.
3. Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and regulatory analysis (EU focus: Belgium, France, broader EU).
4. Drive mobile‑first UX and performance improvements.
5. Ensure product reliability through rigorous testing and close collaboration with suppliers and tech teams.
6. Manage bugs, incidents, and post‑implementation issues efficiently.
7. Act as the product point of contact for customer service, enhancing FAQs and operational efficiency.
8. Monitor and report on product KPIs, user feedback, and performance indicators.
9. Negotiate and challenge external supplier capabilities to meet quality and feature requirements.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum one year of direct experience managing or significantly improving a sports betting product.
- Deep understanding of sports betting mechanics, odds calculation, and user behavior patterns.
- Mobile authentication, UX design, and performance optimization knowledge (mobile‑first mindset).
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with KPI tracking, data analysis, and prioritization trade‑offs.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English; additional European languages an asset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and influence without hierarchical authority.
- Familiarity with agile product development, backlog management, and supplier integration.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
