Job Description: **Job Title:** Intern Demand Planning Data Analyst **Role Summary:** Intern in the Supply Chain Demand Team responsible for data collection, analysis, and visualization to support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE). Transforms existing Excel‑based reporting into automated Power BI dashboards, enhances data accuracy and stakeholder insights across multiple production sites, distribution centers, and external manufacturing operations. **Expactations:** - Participate in digital transformation of demand review processes. - Gain experience in operational planning, data analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration. - Deliver actionable dashboards that drive decision‑making for Sales, Production, and Finance teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather, clean, and analyze data from Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance databases. - Evaluate current demand review reports for gaps (e.g., missing POs, month‑to‑month variances). - Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify data needs and process pain points. - Design, develop, and implement automated Power BI dashboards. - Optimize and document Excel‑based processes for efficiency and clarity. - Create structured analytics tools to support S&OP/S&OE cycles. - Collaborate with global and local Supply Chain teams to align data insights. **Required Skills:** - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, pivot tables). - Solid knowledge of MS PowerPoint for presenting findings. - Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, QlikSense, Tableau) – preferred. - Fluent in French and English (written & spoken). - Strong analytical, autonomous, and organized work style. - Creative, resourceful approach to data tools and problem‑solving. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field. - No additional certifications required.
