Job Description: Job Title: Software Engineer, New Grad Role Summary: New graduate software engineer responsible for designing, building, and scaling full‑stack features, AI‑driven personalization, and high‑traffic infrastructure for an AI‑native commerce platform. Expactations: • Deliver production‑ready code from day one. • Own end‑to‑end feature ownership with frequent deployments. • Collaborate across frontend, backend, and DevOps teams. • Engage in daily stand‑ups and pair programming. • Continuously improve code quality through reviews and testing. Key Responsibilities: • Develop frontend components (React/Next.js) and backend services (Go/Python). • Build APIs and database models (PostgreSQL) to support commerce workflows. • Design and implement AI personalization pipelines using LLMs and experimentation infrastructure. • Construct scalable systems handling millions of requests, optimize performance, and set up monitoring. • Participate in architectural discussions and improvement of data pipelines.
