Job title: Service Now Architect
Role Summary: Lead the design, configuration, development and integration of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients. Steer long‑term, remote implementation projects, focusing on ITBM, DevOps, SecOps, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, ITSM, and Change Management modules.
Expactations: Deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions with hands‑on configuration and integration, achieving alignment with business processes and stakeholder goals. Provide clear technical guidance, documentation, and training to junior team members, ensuring project milestones and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement SPM/PPM module solutions.
- Configure core ServiceNow modules: User Provisioning, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Email, and related workflows.
- Design and execute inbound/outbound integrations using Azure AD, SSO, Mid Server, REST/SOAP, email, and other connectors.
- Create technical design, implementation, and configuration plans.
- Lead implementation activities, present progress to leadership, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Maintain and improve ServiceNow environment to support enterprise IT service management requirements.
Required Skills:
- 8 yrs of hands‑on ServiceNow configuration, development, and integration experience.
- 5 yrs of SPM/PPM module implementation experience.
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow ITBM, DevOps, SecOps, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, ITSM, and Change Management best practices.
- Proficiency with User Provisioning, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Email modules.
- Strong communication skills for presenting to leadership and training staff.
Preferred Skills:
- Industry/project experience with ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow System Administrator and/or Implementation Specialist certification.
- Experience documenting technical designs and implementation plans.
- Technical knowledge in Java, JavaScript, SQL.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
- ServiceNow System Administrator and/or Implementation Specialist certification (preferred).
