**Job Title**
Operations Analyst
**Role Summary**
Provide data‑driven operational support for end‑to‑end delivery workflows. Drive process improvements, resource planning, and reporting to ensure accurate project execution, capacity forecasting, and compliance with delivery standards.
**Expectations**
- Execute continuous improvement initiatives for resource management and project workflows.
- Deliver accurate, timely staffing, utilization, and capacity reports to leadership.
- Partner with department heads, practice directors, and project teams to align resource plans with business goals.
- Maintain data integrity across PSA, Salesforce, and reporting tools; provide actionable insights.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, document, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency in resource management and operational coordination.
- Prepare and maintain detailed staffing, utilization, availability, productivity, and forecasting reports, including trend analysis and hiring recommendations.
- Work with department and practice leaders on resource planning, tooling support, and engagement status assurance.
- Manage full project lifecycle tasks: Sales‑to‑Delivery handoff, resource assignments, PSA project setup, time‑tracking oversight, and account updates.
- Monitor compliance with delivery processes, ensuring accurate time‑tracking, status reporting, and adherence to project standards.
- Own weekly and monthly capacity, staffing, and forecasting reporting cadences and proactively flag staffing risks and trends.
- Update and manage data for standardized performance metrics and service‑delivery operations.
**Required Skills**
- 3‑5 years of experience in business operations, resource management, staffing, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.
- Proficiency with Certinia PSA and Salesforce for staffing, sales data, revenue forecasting, timecard processing, and reporting.
- Ability to create and apply templates and standards for project setup and engagement compliance.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Comfort with capacity calculations, utilization metrics, forecasting, and trend‑based decision making.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across functional departments.
- Experience using GenAI tools for operational data analysis (preferred).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in project management, business analysis, or resource planning are a plus.
