**Job Title**: Director, Social & Digital Brand Content **Role Summary**: Lead creative asset development for social media and digital platforms, managing junior creative teams to align with brand and business objectives. **Expectations**: - Lead creative asset development for seasonal launches, promotions, and editorial content. - Ensure global consistency in brand voice, aesthetics, and messaging across digital channels. - Collaborate with senior leadership to align creative strategy with business goals. **Key Responsibilities**: - Oversee production of on-model, product, still, and video assets for social/digital campaigns. - Direct cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and creative quality. - Monitor trends in digital/social media to inform innovative content strategies. - Develop global templates and guidelines for internal/external creative teams. - Execute hands-on creative execution while managing junior team development. **Required Skills**: - Bachelor’s degree in design or related field. - 5+ years creative leadership in digital/visual content for beauty/fashion sectors. - 2+ years managing creative teams. - Expertise in digital layout standards, visual storytelling, and motion/still asset creation. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier), Figma, and Microsoft Keynote. - Strong cross-departmental collaboration and interpersonal skills across all levels. **Required Education & Certifications**: - BFA or higher in design, marketing, or related field. - Demonstrated mastery of digital content workflows from concept to production. - Proven ability to synthesize complex creative directives into actionable guidelines.
