Job Title: Program Management Office Analyst (Contract)
Role Summary:
Provide operational support to a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) transformation program. Coordinate governance, project execution, data, and communications to enable on‑time, on‑budget delivery across IT, Finance, and business functions.
Expectations:
* Deliver structured PMO processes and maintain program artifacts for traceability.
* Consolidate status across workstreams, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
* Ensure high‑quality data and reporting to inform leadership decisions and program health.
* Support rollout activities, including integration, testing, cut‑over, and hyper‑care.
* Communicate progress, guidance, and training updates to stakeholders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Governance & Coordination** – Manage RAID logs, change control, scheduling, agendas, logistics, and minutes for weekly workstream meetings and stand‑ups.
2. **Project Execution Support** – Track milestones, deliverables, critical path items; support PMs and leads with planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and action tracking.
3. **ERP Implementation Support** – Coordinate cross‑functional tasks for design, build, testing, data migration, deployment, and integration with LIMS, HRIS, CRM, Data Lake. Monitor SIT/UAT/regression cycles, defect tracking, and testing documentation.
4. **Data, Reporting & Analytics** – Build and maintain dashboards/KPIs in Excel, Power BI; analyze variances, trends, risks; ensure data quality and version control.
5. **Communications** – Draft and distribute newsletters, training updates, stakeholder announcements; maintain training trackers and attendance logs.
6. **Go‑Live & Hyper‑Care** – Track readiness activities, cutover checklists, post‑go‑live issues; coordinate triage and performance monitoring.
Required Skills:
* 3–5 years experience in PMO support, project coordination, or business analysis in large transformation/ERP initiatives.
* Proven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or comparable ERP systems.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast‑paced, global environments.
* Proficiency in RAID management, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI (or similar reporting tools).
* Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to distill complex information.
* Collaboration with IT, Finance, Operations, HR, and other business groups.
* Self‑starter, initiative‑driven, adaptable to changing priorities.
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related discipline preferred.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent PMO certification strongly preferred but not mandatory.
