Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager Role Summary: Lead and deliver cross‑functional projects using both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/SAFe) frameworks, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery while driving continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO. Expactations: - Deliver projects that meet scope, schedule, and budget constraints. - Maintain high stakeholder satisfaction and clear communication. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. - Drive continuous process improvements across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Create and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project. - Plan and manage project resources, budgets, and timelines. - Lead change management activities and support adoption. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and govern Waterfall phases. - Identify, document, and track risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution. - Engage stakeholders through regular status updates and alignment sessions. - Lead process improvement initiatives and share best practices across projects. Required Skills: - PMP certification (mandatory). - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certification (mandatory). - Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps. - Strong experience in both Waterfall and Agile project management. - Demonstrated ability in stakeholder engagement, risk & issue management, and budget/resource management. - Experience leading change management efforts. - Proven track record in continuous improvement and process optimization. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - PMP certification. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or any SAFe certification. - Minimum 7 years of project management experience.
