**Job Title** ServiceNow Product Consultant **Role Summary** Serve as a Product Owner/Business Analyst for ServiceNow implementations focused on Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM). Responsible for defining product vision, building roadmaps, and driving delivery in a scaled agile environment for a major Blue Cross Blue Shield client. **Expectations** - Own the product lifecycle, from concept through deployment and iteration, delivering high‑value features for contact‑center and customer‑service workflows. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with development, operations, and client stakeholders to ensure successful rollout and adoption. - Champion agile practices, ensuring teams adhere to SAFe principles and deliver incremental value on schedule. **Key Responsibilities** - Create and maintain a ServiceNow product roadmap aligned with client business objectives. - Gather, document, and prioritize requirements; translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. - Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review meetings with stakeholders and Agile teams. - Conduct product demos, training, and support for end‑users and client partners. - Coordinate with technical architects to resolve dependencies, technical constraints, and integration points. - Track metrics (velocity, cycle time, user satisfaction) to measure product performance and inform continuous improvement. **Required Skills** - 6 + years in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role. - Proven experience building product roadmaps for ServiceNow (or Salesforce) in a contact‑center/customer‑service context. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules. - Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including roles, ceremonies, and artifacts. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. - Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language and vice versa. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. - SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification strongly preferred. ---
