Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Role Summary:
Technical Specialist (Salesforce Developer) responsible for supporting, configuring, and extending Salesforce applications across the agency. The role includes user management, workflow and Flow Builder configuration, dashboard and report creation, system maintenance, and end‑user support, while collaborating with stakeholders and participating in all project life‑cycle phases.

- Communicate changes clearly to users and stakeholders.
- Keep comprehensive documentation and training materials.
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices and release management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support existing and new Salesforce applications.
- Manage users (setup, deactivation), roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
- Perform configuration changes using Flow Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
- Translate business requirements into functional Salesforce specifications.
- Participate in design, implementation, testing, and deployment, including sandbox management and post‑production support.
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and macro‑driven analytics.
- Create test plans, user test cases, and manage user acceptance testing.
- Produce documentation, training guides, and change requests.
- Conduct proactive system maintenance: security reviews, release updates, health checks, and exception log monitoring.
- Resolve integration logs for back‑end systems and troubleshoot system issues.
- Assist data migration using tools such as Data Loader, and manage data model and migration tasks.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of Salesforce development and administration (Sales, Service, Community, and Experience Clouds).
- Expertise in configuration, custom development, and reporting best practices.
- Proficiency with web services APIs (REST & SOAP) and integration concepts.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and root‑cause analysis abilities.
- Knowledge of data migration tools (Data Loader), and document generation tools (Nintex DocGen, OneSpan).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications preferred: Certified Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Certified Integration Architecture Designer.
