Job Description
Job Title: Chef d'Equipe en Propreté (Apprenticeship) Role Summary: Apprentice Cleaning Team Leader responsible for learning and executing professional cleaning procedures, maintaining hygiene standards, and overseeing a small technical team. The role combines classroom instruction (1 day per week) with on-the-job training (4 days per week) over a 12‑month apprenticeship period. Expectations: - Commitment to a full‑time apprenticeship program starting September 2025. - High motivation and eagerness to learn; no prior professional experience required. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing daily cleaning tasks and team coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Master and apply cleaning techniques: floor and window cleaning (plain, impregnated, mechanized). - Perform disinfection and maintenance of premises. - Conduct visual and technical quality checks, including selective sorting, bag changes, and waste disposal. - Prepare, maintain, and store cleaning equipment and materials. - Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages or anomalies. - Communicate issues, client requests, and complaints to supervisors. - Implement specialized methods (decapping, injection/extraction) when required. - Manage a small technical crew, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards. - Draft and update service specifications and client‑requested modifications. Required Skills: - Attention to detail, organization, and time management. - Basic teamwork and communication abilities. - Proactive problem‑solving and adaptability to new procedures. - Physical stamina and capability to perform manual cleaning tasks. Required Education & Certifications: - Enrollment in a Titre à Finalité Professionnelle (TFP) Apprenticeship in Cleaning Team Management, offered by a recognized training center. - No specific prior academic qualification required; motivation and willingness to learn are essential.
