Job Description
**Job title** Sector Manager (H/F) **Role summary** Lead and manage teams of cleaning and hygiene professionals while driving commercial initiatives and maintaining service quality within a training organization. This position blends operational leadership, business development, and quality assurance responsibilities in a sector that supports public and private environments. **Expectations** - Undertake a one‑year apprenticeship programme culminating in a Bachelor (BAC+3) in Hygiene, Cleanliness, and Service Management. - Participate fully in training weeks and work practice weeks in accordance with a 1‑week/2‑week alternation model. - Demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and a strong service orientation from the outset. **Key responsibilities** - Animate and coach cleaning teams, ensuring adherence to procedures and safety standards. - Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand client base and revenue streams. - Contribute to the design and refinement of service specifications and quality guidelines. - Monitor and assess the quality of deliverables, implementing corrective actions when needed. - Organise service delivery schedules, resource allocation, and logistical support. - Manage staff performance, conduct performance reviews, and support professional growth. - Analyse economic and market data to inform strategic planning. - Conduct audits to evaluate compliance with service, safety, and environmental standards. - Participate in strategic decision‑making processes within the organisation. **Required skills** - Leadership and team management. - Commercial acumen and client relationship building. - Knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness, and environmental service standards. - Analytical skills for audit, quality, and market assessment. - Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. - Self‑motivation, flexibility, and a learning‑oriented mindset. **Required education & certifications** - Current holder of a BTS (or equivalent vocational diploma). - Enrolment in a Bachelor (BAC+3) program in a related field (apprenticeship allowed). - No prior professional experience required beyond motivation and willingness to learn.
