Growth Marketer – Belgium
**Role Summary**
Own and scale Alan Belgium’s paid acquisition strategy across digital channels (SEA, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, Email). Design & execute growth experiments, optimize performance, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver measurable ROI in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS health‑insurance market.
**Expectations**
- Deliver sustainable, scalable growth and meet quarterly acquisition KPIs.
- Adapt proven UK/US tactics to local market nuances, building tailored campaigns.
- Own channel performance, budget, and reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage SEA, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, and e‑mail marketing channels.
- Build and run targeted campaigns for distinct customer segments.
- Design, launch, and analyze growth experiments (A/B tests, feature flips).
- Create and test ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages (Belgian language, cultural relevance).
- Monitor and optimize KPIs: CAC, LTV, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS.
- Collaborate with Design, Content, Product, and Sales on integrated initiatives.
- Allocate and track budgets, prepare performance reports, and forecast spend.
- Validate and onboard new channels/tech stacks to expand reach.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years Performance Marketing / Growth Operations in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Deep experience with SEA, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and e‑mail marketing tools.
- Strong analytical mindset, proficient in analytics platforms (Metabase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
- Expertise in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and budget optimization.
- Fluency in English and Dutch; strong copywriting skills for Dutch/English audiences.
- Ability to work autonomously and influence cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions preferred.
