Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) – AI for Care
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and scale AI‑driven conversational and voice support systems for a large healthcare platform. Implement backend services, micro‑services architecture, and data pipelines that power personalized member interactions and automate claim handling at scale.
**Expectations:**

- Deep knowledge of backend and full‑stack development, system architecture, and scalable cloud services.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the design and implementation of AI chat and voice agents for customer support.
- Architect scalable micro‑services to serve 1 + M members and anticipate growth to 10 M+.
- Integrate insurance data, claims workflows, and context‑aware tools into conversational flows.
- Ensure high code quality, performance, security, and reliability through automated testing and CI/CD.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to hiring, interview design, and engineering culture.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and insurance domain experts to translate user needs into technical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of AI models and infrastructure to maintain high satisfaction scores.
**Required Skills:**
- Languages: Java, Go, Python, TypeScript (Node.js).
- Backend & micro‑services architecture (REST/GraphQL).
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) – compute, storage, database, messaging.
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tooling.
- Machine‑learning/LLM integration, voice AI frameworks, and NLP pipelines.
- Database design (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
- API design, versioning, and documentation.
- Unit/integration testing, performance profiling, monitoring, and alerting.
- Agile/Scrum processes, cross‑functional collaboration, and effective communication.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect) are advantageous but not mandatory.
