Job title: Senior Developer / Technical Lead
Role Summary
Provide technical leadership and direction for development teams delivering high‑quality software solutions for a government client. Drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements and security standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead a multidisciplinary team in the design, development, and delivery of software.
* Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and architecture designs.
* Define and enforce coding standards, review processes, and quality metrics.
* Own the deployment pipeline and operational stability of applications in cloud environments.
* Design and implement Infrastructure as Code for scalable, secure platforms.
* Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and facilitate continuous improvement.
* Engage with stakeholders to refine requirements, estimate effort, and manage expectations.
* Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and government standards.
Required Skills
* Extensive experience in modern programming languages (Java, Python, Go, etc.) and object‑oriented design.
* Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and/or OpenShift for container orchestration.
* Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and multi‑cloud strategy.
* Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.) and configuration management (Ansible).
* Deep understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging.
* Ability to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team‑leadership skills.
* Demonstrated mentorship, coaching, and knowledge‑sharing ability.
* Working knowledge of secure coding, data protection, and compliance requirements for government projects.
Required Education & Certifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
* Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or equivalent.
* Valid security clearance (DV) or eligibility to obtain one.
