Job title: Lead Quality Assurance Analyst Role Summary: Lead and manage a mixed team of manual and automated QA engineers for web‑based and back‑end commercial services applications. Provide technical guidance, develop test plans, execute functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing, and maintain quality pipeline using Azure DevOps, Playwright, Selenium, and SQL tools. Required Skills: - 10+ years in software QA with 5+ years in test automation (C#/.NET or Java). - Expertise in manual web and back‑end testing, API testing, and database (SQL) verification. - Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Selenium/Playwright, SQL tools, and version control systems. - Strong command of test frameworks (NUnit, TestNG) and defect tracking systems. - Agile Scrum experience: iteration planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews. - Excellent communication, time‑management, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Leadership experience managing cross‑functional QA teams.
