**Job Title:** Retention Executive **Role Summary:** Drive customer engagement and sales for Mercedes brand by prospecting prospects, scheduling showroom appointments, and ensuring post‑visit follow‑up. Manage all customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and support daily appointment and sales targets. **Expectations:** - Consistently meet or exceed daily appointment and sales quotas. - Maintain high standards of customer service and communication. - Keep the workbook and documentation current and audit‑ready. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect identified customers and secure showroom appointments. - Coordinate appointments among customers, reception, and retail managers. - Conduct post‑visit care calls to confirm outcomes and next actions. - Accurately update workbook with contacts, appointments, and sales data. - Self‑audit department activities and file relevant documentation. - Actively pursue daily appointment and sales targets. **Required Skills:** - Proven sales achievement record. - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. - Excellent written and oral communication. - Ability to explain complex products to business and retail customers. - Initiative to deliver impeccable customer service. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent. - Relevant sales or automotive certifications preferred.
