Job Description: Job Title: DevOps Engineer Role Summary: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure cloud infrastructure for a digital payments and blockchain platform. Own CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and compliance to support rapid, reliable deployments for millions of users. Expectations: - Deliver end‑to‑end infrastructure solutions that scale globally. - Drive architectural decisions and best practices in a fast‑moving product environment. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve performance, security, and reliability. - Demonstrate a proven track record in cloud, IaC, and CI/CD at production scale. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and scale cloud environments on GCP and AWS. - Design, implement, and maintain Terraform‑based IaC for all infrastructure. - Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows for rapid releases. - Monitor, log, and observe production systems, proactively resolving incidents. - Automate security controls and compliance processes for sensitive financial data. - Integrate infrastructure with blockchain networks and smart contracts. - Provide architectural guidance and technical mentorship to engineering teams. Required Skills: - Proficient with Terraform and large‑scale IaC. - Deep experience managing production workloads on AWS and GCP. - Strong CI/CD design and automation expertise (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD). - Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.). - Experience with security automation, compliance, and data protection. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment.
