**Job Title** Behavioral Health Technician **Role Summary** Provide direct, patient‑centered care in an outpatient behavioral health setting by administering TMS and esketamine therapies, monitoring response, documenting outcomes, and maintaining accurate electronic health records. Operate within scheduled shifts, support billing processes, and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient, safe service delivery. **Expectations** - Deliver services Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour shifts between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.; availability may vary. - Maintain consistent, high‑quality patient care and documentation. - Adhere strictly to clinical guidelines, safety protocols, and HIPAA requirements. - Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, and insurance representatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Administer TMS and esketamine treatments per protocol and record sessions. - Monitor and document patient responses, administer psychiatric rating scales, and report adverse events. - Manage patient scheduling, check‑in, check‑out, and financial procedures. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date EHR entries (AdvancedMD preferred). - Assist with insurance verification, billing support, and financial reconciliation. - Provide empathetic care, addressing patient comfort and safety needs. - Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and competency assessments. **Required Skills** - Strong written and verbal communication. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems (AdvancedMD, Salesforce accepted). - Detail‑oriented, organized, and accurate under high workload. - Ability to stand for extended periods and operate treatment equipment. - Proactive collaboration, initiative, and problem‑solving. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum: High School Diploma, Associate’s degree, or equivalent clinical certification. - Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field. - At least one year of healthcare or patient‑facing experience (or equivalent internship). - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (provided). - Reliable transportation for travel between centers. ---
