Job Description
**Job Title:** Operations Systems Administrator **Role Summary:** Support operations and finance teams by managing scheduling, client and employee data, and system configurations. Facilitate training, administer user accounts, monitor KPIs, and produce client reports to ensure efficient security service delivery. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality customer service to internal teams and external clients. - Maintain accuracy and timeliness in all system inputs and reports. - Continuously learn new platform features and security industry best practices. - Provide proactive problem‑solving and process improvement suggestions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Schedule and dispatch security guard and mobile driver services. - Create, update, and monitor client contracts and onboarding processes. - Manage HR-related system entries and employee data accuracy. - Administer user accounts, access permissions, and software settings in Ops/Finance platforms (e.g., TrackTik). - Train and support other users on system usage and best practices. - Analyze operational data, identify trends, and generate KPI dashboards. - Compile incident and client service reports; supply clients with actionable security insights. - Support client site visits and communication as required. **Required Skills:** - Strong organizational and multi‑tasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). - Comfortable operating enterprise scheduling platforms (TrackTik experience preferred). - Detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver. - Compassionate customer‑service orientation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Secondary or post‑secondary education (equivalent). - Valid BC Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean record. - BC Security licence (or willingness and support to obtain one). ---
