Job Description
Job Title: Investor Relations Associate Role Summary: Serve as the primary liaison between institutional investors and the investment team, managing investor inquiries, due‑diligence requests, and investor communications while supporting portfolio analysis and client onboarding. Expectations: - Respond to investor inquiries promptly and accurately. - Maintain up‑to‑date investor contact data and generate regular CRM reports. - Prepare and update monthly and ad‑hoc investor presentations. - Coordinate performance data submissions to databases and assist with RFP responses. - Support the onboarding of new clients and interact closely with Legal. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all investor inquiries related to strategies, operations, accounting, legal, and compliance. - Conduct risk‑management analyses (liquidity, beta, correlations, P&L attribution) at stock, industry, and sector levels. - Create and nurture a network of potential institutional investors. - Produce monthly client performance statements and investor presentations. - Perform industry research and support the submission of performance data to external databases. - Maintain investor contact information and run CRM reports. - Assist in the completion of RFPs and client onboarding processes. Required Skills: - Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and deadline‑management abilities. - Clear, concise oral and written communication with a client‑first mindset. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Bloomberg and eVestment a plus. - Solid understanding of investment products and markets. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). - Minimum of 5 years experience in investor relations, client service, or investment sales support within an asset‑management firm. - CFA designation a plus.
