Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Lead business analysis for a U.S. Government agency’s Digital Transformation team, driving process improvement, organizational redesign, and technology integration using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and automation frameworks. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end process solutions that enhance efficiency, reliability, and compliance. - Maintain autonomy in setting goals, meeting deadlines, and managing stakeholder expectations. - Ensure eligibility for a U.S. Public Trust Clearance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze current business processes, conduct gap and benchmark studies, and recommend future‑state designs. - Define business policies, roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics. - Design and implement change management and transition plans for process improvements. - Collaborate with IT and client services teams to refine system requirements and integrate solutions. - Develop and maintain quality programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. - Facilitate workshops, conduct client interviews, deliver presentations, and provide training on process measurement and improvement. - Perform cost/benefit analyses and present actionable recommendations. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of business process analysis, organizational assessment, and continuous improvement experience (8+ preferred). - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑gap identification abilities. - Expertise in change management, transition planning, and Agile/SAFe methodologies. - Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), SharePoint, and ServiceNow in workflow/automation contexts. - Experience designing workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions. - Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Familiarity with cloud migration initiatives and government/regulatory environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Eligibility to obtain U.S. Public Trust Clearance.
