Job Description
Job title: Regional Sales Manager France Role Summary: Lead sales operations across France, acquire and manage key accounts, accelerate B2B revenue growth, oversee distributor channel performance, nurture cross‑functional relationships, travel to territories and trade shows, deliver accurate forecasts and revenue reporting to senior management. Expactations: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in wireless, cellular or IoT sectors; proven track record of driving revenue; deep technical knowledge of cellular modules; proficiency in sales processes, forecasting and CRM tools (Salesforce); excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills; independent, self‑motivated with a curiosity for new markets and technologies; ready to travel internationally for customer meetings and exhibitions. Key Responsibilities - Generate and grow direct and indirect sales within the French market. - Acquire, nurture and expand key account portfolio. - Identify and execute business development initiatives for account expansion. - Manage distributor channel relationships and support distributor sales of key accounts. - Establish strong partnerships with engineering, product management and sales functions within accounts. - Conduct periodic travel to sales territories and industry trade shows. - Produce regular sales forecasts, revenue reviews and management reports. Required Skills - Technical B2B sales expertise in wireless, cellular or IoT technologies. - Mastery of sales processes, forecasting methodologies, and CRM (Salesforce). - Persuasive communication, negotiation and stakeholder management. - Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate analytical thinking, and rapidly assimilate new product knowledge. - International travel readiness and flexibility. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. - Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred).
