Job Description
Job Title: Senior Manager, International Business Management Role Summary: Lead and optimize commercial performance in Canada and Australia, define and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new markets in Latin America and Asia‑Pacific, drive growth through data‑driven decisions, manage regional P&L, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve revenue, margin and brand objectives. Expactations: - Deliver measurable revenue and margin growth in existing markets. - Expand into 2+ new international markets, validating business models and securing go/no‑go approvals. - Establish robust KPI dashboards and reporting to inform leadership decisions. - Mentor and develop regional teams to scale impact. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize day‑to‑day commercial operations in Canada & Australia. - Define, track and report KPIs (revenue, margin, CAC, conversion, market penetration). - Conduct performance reviews, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions. - Lead seasonal pricing, promotions and digital channel strategies. - Own regional forecasting, budgeting, and P&L oversight. - Evaluate and pilot expansion opportunities in Latin America & Asia‑Pacific: marketplaces, wholesale, franchise, distributor models. - Build data‑driven business cases and lead go/no‑go decisions. - Represent market insights to influence product, pricing and promotion across global teams. - Drive cross‑functional execution with marketing, e‑commerce, logistics, finance, merchandising, legal, and operations. - Guide direct reports and partners, fostering talent development. Required Skills: - 10+ years in international business development, market entry, or retail/e‑commerce leadership. - Proven launch or scaling into at least two new markets (ideally Canada, Australia, LATAM or Asia). - End‑to‑end P&L management, forecasting and budgeting expertise. - Strong omnichannel execution capabilities (online, retail, wholesale). - Cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management. - Analytical mindset, data interpretation, and negotiation skills. - Sound business judgment, adaptability to ambiguous data environments. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's degree (required). - MBA or equivalent advanced business degree preferred. ---
