Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager, Business Transformation Role Summary: Lead cross‑functional transformation initiatives, driving project planning, execution, and continuous improvement. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication while leveraging digital tools for data‑driven decision making. Expectations: - 3–5 years of project management experience with a proven record of successful project delivery. - Ability to work remotely with high accountability and proactive communication. - Hybrid work model: commute to office 3–4 days a week. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and deadlines. - Track progress using Monday.com and generate progress reports with Excel dashboards. - Facilitate brainstorming and process mapping sessions via Mural or equivalent platforms. - Analyze project data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize resource allocation. - Apply Lean principles to streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency. - Lead project meetings, assign tasks, and ensure on‑time delivery. - Coach team members on project management best practices and foster continuous learning. - Serve as primary point of contact for all project‑related inquiries, ensuring clear communication across all levels. Required Skills: - Proficiency with Monday.com for project tracking and task management. - Experience using digital collaboration tools such as Mural. - Advanced Excel skills: charting, graphing, and data visualization. - Strong data analytics capability to support planning and performance measurement. - Excellent organizational and detail‑oriented mindset. - Effective meeting facilitation, deadline setting, and multi‑project management. - Proactive problem‑solving, reliability, and adaptability. - Strong written and verbal communication; experience in teaching/coaching PM skills.
