Job Title: IT Security Officer Role Summary: Technical lead supporting the CISO in achieving NIS2, ISO 27001 and other security objectives. Own day‑to‑day security operations, manage the external SOC partner, embed security controls in projects, and act as the bridge between IT and OT environments. Required Skills: - 5+ years Information Security experience. - Deep knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, NIS2, Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance stack, Cloud Security, Network Security, Endpoint Hardening. - Practical understanding of security architecture and “Security by Design”. - OT standards familiarity or utilities sector experience a plus. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor‑management skills.
