Job Title: HRIS Programme Director – SuccessFactors Role Summary: Lead a full‑scale, multi‑module SuccessFactors programme for a large multinational organisation, overseeing design, delivery, governance, and change management to transform HR technology across global operations. Expectations: - Deliver enterprise‑level SuccessFactors implementations across Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, and Compensation modules. - Manage complex HR, payroll, and finance landscape integrations. - Operate at C‑suite and HR leadership levels, ensuring strategic alignment and executive reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Own the programme life cycle from concept to hyper‑care, delivering on scope, schedule and budget. - Establish and maintain programme governance, including RAID logs, planning, financial control, and executive reporting. - Lead global rollout coordination with multiple regions, stakeholders, and third‑party system integrators. - Ensure data integrity, integration stability, and compliance with data protection standards. - Partner with change management teams to drive user adoption and long‑term value realization. - Monitor vendor performance and manage risk, budget, and critical dependencies. Required Skills: - Proven executive experience leading end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors projects at enterprise scale. - Deep knowledge of HR processes across the employee life cycle. - Strong programme management capabilities (PMP/Prince2 or equivalent preferred). - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to analyze complex technical architectures and integrate multiple data sources. - Demonstrated track record in driving change initiatives and user adoption. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred). - PMP, Prince2, or equivalent programme management certification is desirable. - SAP SuccessFactors certification (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors HR Business Professional) is preferred.
