**Role Summary**
Acts as a trusted HR adviser to business leaders, aligning human‑resources strategy with organizational objectives. Supports all employment‑life‑cycle functions, including policy development, employee relations, performance management, talent planning, and organizational design, while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a high‑performing, inclusive culture.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with business leaders to translate company goals into actionable HR strategies.
- Provide guidance on employment law, policies, and procedures across all life‑cycle stages.
- Resolve employee relations issues, escalating complex cases to senior management.
- Support performance, succession, and organizational design initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR service centers on learning & development, benefits, compensation, and communications.
- Identify staffing and recruiting needs; partner with talent teams to fulfill strategic hiring.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS, ensuring compliance with data‑management standards.
- Conduct labor‑market and internal trend analysis to inform decision‑making.
- Manage workers’ compensation, investigations, safety practices, and benefit administration.
- Support global mobility and international transfer processes in coordination with regional partners.
- Drive process improvements and increase operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, and risk policies, completing required training and certifications on time.
**Required Skills**
- Comprehensive HR knowledge (employment law, policy, employee relations, benefits, compensation, workforce planning).
- Strong judgment and risk‑assessment ability in a business context.
- Project and change‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, and stakeholder influence.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Excel (pivot tables, macros, dashboards).

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Preferred professional HR certifications (SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SP, HRCI, or equivalent) enhance candidacy.
