Job Description
**Job Title** Sales Support Intern – Summer 2026 **Role Summary** Provide administrative and data‑validation support to the service sales team in a regional district office, driving portfolio growth and customer loyalty while gaining exposure to the elevator industry and the Sales Account Manager role. **Expectations** • Develop foundational knowledge of elevator solutions and sales processes. • Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork in a fast‑moving environment. • Maintain high accuracy in data entry and document management. • Proactively seek feedback and apply learnings to improve performance. **Key Responsibilities** - Gather, verify, and update sales data for assigned territory. - Prepare and edit sales presentations, proposals, and reports in PowerPoint and Excel. - Coordinate communication between sales staff, service teams, and customers via Outlook and Teams. - Maintain CRM and document repositories, ensuring consistent data quality. - Assist in tracking portfolio growth metrics and generating performance dashboards. - Support cross‑functional projects that enhance customer experience and retention. **Required Skills** • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams). • Experience with DocuSign or similar electronic signature tools. • Strong written and verbal communication. • Self‑motivated with excellent organization and prioritization. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. **Required Education & Certifications** • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (enrollment required). • Preferred majors: Sales, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related technical field. • No formal certifications required.
