**Job Title** Product Manager **Role Summary** Lead the end‑to‑end development and rollout of mobile applications and measurement products. Drive strategic initiatives, collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, and ensure alignment with industry regulations to enhance customer adoption and operational excellence. **Expectations** - Own the product lifecycle from concept to delivery. - Influence and collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and channel partners. - Mentor and develop a diverse team to achieve organizational goals. - Translate regulatory changes into actionable product enhancements. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Guide mobile application development and integration with core platforms. 2. Define and execute strategic initiatives, selecting appropriate project‑management methodologies. 3. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and channel partners to supply accurate data and analytics that support market intelligence and product advancement. 4. Produce concise reporting for executives and department heads on progress, risks, and outcomes. 5. Resolve complex problems collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. 6. Communicate regulatory and industry standard updates and their impact on products. 7. Recommend improvements and new features for existing software based on stakeholder feedback. 8. Coach and mentor teams to elevate operational excellence and deliver results. **Required Skills** - Proven leadership and people‑management abilities. - Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder influence. - Expert project‑management skills with a track record of delivering on time and within scope. - Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and robust problem‑solving. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Financial acumen and cost‑management awareness. - Familiarity with oil & gas measurement regulations (e.g., Directive 017, EPAP, BLM 3175, AGA, GPA, API). - Adaptability to evolving priorities and environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Post‑secondary degree in Engineering (B.S. or equivalent). - 5–8 years of progressive experience in upstream, midstream, or downstream oil & gas operations or project management. - Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory frameworks; certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus but not mandatory.
