Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst, Corporate Services Role Summary: Analyst drives the definition, documentation, and execution of business requirements and process improvements for enterprise corporate systems (P&C, Legal, Asset Protection, Facilities). Works with Product Manager, Application Engineer, and stakeholders to translate needs into user stories, functional specifications, and integration designs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and seamless system integration. Expactations: - Deliver precise requirements and process models that align with the corporate technology roadmap. - Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical teams. - Support testing, production support, and change management activities. - Maintain clear, actionable documentation for audit and training purposes. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and document business requirements from corporate units and regional stakeholders. - Translate requirements into user stories, functional specs, and BPMN process models. - Collaborate on data flow, connectivity, and integration design for employee lifecycle and cross‑departmental handoffs. - Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using enterprise tools. - Coordinate test planning, execution, and defect management to ensure release quality. - Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with cross‑functional teams. - Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and best‑practice references. - Advise on system architecture, data models, and security standards. - Prepare change‑management artifacts and facilitation for user adoption. - Participate in roadmap refinement and strategic delivery planning. Required Skills: - Business analysis expertise (requirements gathering, user stories, process modelling). - Proficiency with BPMN and process modelling tools. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to simplify technical content. - Basic project‑management skills; comfortable managing timelines and deliverables. - Adaptability in independent and collaborative team environments. - Continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to learn. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. - 3+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise settings, preferably within corporate systems (P&C, Legal, Asset Protection, Facilities, integrations). - Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and data modelling from a business perspective.
