**Job Title:** Growth Marketing Leader
**Role Summary:**
Strategic leader responsible for driving demand generation and full‑funnel growth across product‑led and sales‑led channels. Owns acquisition strategy, pipeline targets, and revenue outcomes while managing a team of 4‑5 marketers. Aligns cross‑functional initiatives with company growth goals and optimizes marketing operations and technology stack.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue targets.
- Improve conversion metrics (CAC, MQL‑to‑SQL, overall conversion rate).
- Foster a high‑performing, data‑driven team culture.
- Balance rapid experimentation with scalable execution.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and execute integrated, full‑funnel marketing strategies (awareness to revenue).
- Lead channel ownership: brand, content, performance, field/event, and account‑based marketing.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance to align initiatives and influence revenue.
- Own marketing analytics, martech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4), and use insights for optimization.
- Streamline processes and systems to increase marketing efficiency.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a results‑focused marketing team.
**Required Skills:**
- 10+ years growth marketing experience, with 3‑5 years in people‑management.
- Proven track record in demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue impact.
- Expertise in multi‑channel acquisition (paid, SEO/SEM, ABM, events, content).
- Strong analytical skills; proficient with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication abilities.
- Customer‑centric mindset, ownership mentality, fast‑paced execution, and continuous learning orientation.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field (required).
- MBA or advanced degree (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce) advantageous but not mandatory.
