**Job Title**
Corporate Account Manager – Telecom
**Role Summary**
Lead the acquisition and growth of corporate accounts by selling and tailoring advanced telecom solutions, including dedicated fiber connectivity, UCaaS, VoIP, cloud collaboration, and cybersecurity services. Build long‑term client relationships, understand complex business needs, and deliver customized proposals to drive revenue and portfolio expansion.
**Expectations**
- Achieve set revenue targets and expand the corporate customer base.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Identify and pursue high‑value corporate prospects (large enterprises, multi‑site groups, multinationals).
2. Conduct needs assessments, develop tailored solutions, and prepare compelling commercial proposals.
3. Negotiate contracts and close sales, managing the full sales cycle from qualification to hand‑off to implementation teams.
4. Monitor sales metrics, report on new deals, upsell, and cross‑sell activity.
5. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
6. Coordinate internal stakeholders (engineering, network, security) and external partners to deliver seamless solutions.
7. Maintain a robust pipeline and update CRM with all relevant client and opportunity data.
**Required Skills**
- Proven B2B sales experience in telecom, IT, SaaS, or related services.
- Strong understanding of telecom technologies: dedicated fiber, network infrastructure, UCaaS, VoIP/SIP, cloud telephony, security, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent listening, needs‑analysis, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, highly organized, and able to manage complex accounts independently.
- Fluent in French; proficiency in Dutch and/or English is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant telecom or IT sales certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ITIL, or equivalent) are desirable.
